Although I have been focusing on music and running more my bowling game is improving a lot. im hoping to join a summer league and keeping an average in the 200-215 range for the whole time.

I was reading you comment about 10's yeah they suck, i have 8 299's because of that pin, it's evil...lol, i'm semi pro, so i could give you some advice if you don't mind hearing it, 10 pins are usually a result of a lot of different things you may want to figure out, usually it's angle of entry, which i'm sure you have heard, if they are solid your ball is just traveling a fraction to long down the lane which will spot you 10 pin about everytime, if it's a weak 10 it's could be the type of ball compared to the condition of the oil, if there's a lot of oil with little back end shinny equipment will leave a lot of weak 10's, and visa versa, good back ends and a duller reactive ball cold leave them also. And if that doesn't still do the trick, try other things like changing to a different ball, changing ball speed, and if you can rotation, maybe go with a little end over end roll, but like i said it could be a ton of different things, but those are the major players, and also some houses are just prone to leaving more 10 pins than others...let me know it works out
